Reports to: Booster Club and Athletic Director

Position Summary: Responsible for managing concessions and gate for all school-sponsored home events. 

Major Areas of Responsibility/Essential Job Functions:

1. Acts as the lead in communicating for all school sponsored band, choir, drama, and sporting events in which concessions and/or gate is required.
2. Oversees the worker schedule for all school sponsored events the Booster Club organizes through Sign-Up Genius. 
3. Maintains cleanliness of all the concession stands. Ensures supplies are transferred between seasons to next concession stands to ensure quality of items are maintained.
4. Communicates to the Booster Club and the Athletic Director of any needs, concerns, or updates pertaining to school sponsored activities. Asks for assistance from the Booster Club when needed to assure events are covered.
5. Responsible for ordering and maintaining concession stand supplies.
6. Adheres to a clean concession stand.
7. Reports and removes unsafe equipment in the concession stand.

Specifically Responsible for Coordinating:

1. HS/Jr High Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Wrestling, Baseball, Softball events (Gate and Concessions)
2. Fall Play (Gate and Concessions)
3. Spring Play (Gate and Concessions) and Dinner Theater (Gate and Concessions when requested)
4. High School Band Event (Gate and Concessions)
5. Middle School Band Event (Gate and Concessions)
6. Youth Wrestling Meet (Concessions only)
7. Youth Wrestling Tournament (Concessions only)
8. High School Volleyball Tournament(s) (Gate and Concessions every other year)
9. Archery Tournament (Gate and Concessions)
10. Softball Tournament (Gate and Concessions)
11. Car Show

The Booster Club Home Event Coordinator presence is required at all home football games and tournaments. 

Skills Needed: Basic skill set, able to handle money and communicate effectively.  Highly organized and dependable.

Pay: $4000/year
